Simon Lofthouse launches JILA

The Jersey International Legal Association has just launched in Jersey. Simon Lofthouse, Head of Private Client at Corbett Le Quesne established JILA with fellow director, Emma Roberts from Ogier. Simon commented "Jersey has not had anything like this for lawyers before and we were lagging behind Guernsey in that respect. Guernsey has a similar very well established organisation. Our launch party is on 5 May 2022. We have had a brilliant reaction to the idea so far and lots of law firms have been very supportive sponsoring our first event. Anyone with a law degree can join JILA."
