A Weekend in Welford

The CLQ team went to Welford for a team bonding/strategy weekend in September.

Families were invited and there were plenty of fun things for the children to do including the local village fete with dog show antics.  Most of the team took part in the local park run and enjoyed lots of walks in the gorgeous local area. 

There was a training session on Friday which was run by Advocate Kate Donohue. As part of the training everyone did a quiz created by Arthur C. Brooks who teaches courses on leadership, happiness, and social entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School. He is the author of Build the Life You Want. He devised a quiz to help you discover what sort of person you are and that information can be used to learn how better to interact with others. You can try it by following the link below:

Working so closely with people but always being so busy it was great to be able to spend some quality time together. We are very lucky to have so many fantastic, funny, kind and lovely people here so it was a great weekend.
