Thank you to Xenia for joining us last week to undertake some work experience. Xenia shared how she felt about the week...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Corbett Le Quesne this week, especially because I was welcomed by all and everyone was so friendly! I enjoyed my variety of experiences, including a round table meeting that I attended with Barbara (on my first day!), sitting in on an FDR in the Family Court and listening to hearings in the Magistrate’s Court. Each day was different because I completed a variety of tasks, like scanning and filing documents for clients’ case files, proofreading documents, and collecting and posting various documents. This was all rewarding!

I also enjoyed my experience at Corbett Le Quesne because I had not had previous experience in a law firm, so I learned plenty of things about law, and how a law firm actually works! I would like to thank everyone in the firm for making my experience so lovely, and I truly appreciate the offer of tea and coffee every day. J I’m very grateful for Jess as well for taking so much time out of her day to provide me with tasks, and to help me out!
